These terms apply when you use the ODA3.Academy website, create an account, or buy or take a course, workshop or team programme. Please read them with the privacy notice, the refund and cancellation policy and the delivery policy.
1. About us
ODA3.Academy is the training service of ODA3 Institute, operated by ODA3 Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India, registered office Damyanti Sadan, Sarvodaya Nagar, Road No-4, East Gola Road, Danapur, Patna 801503, Bihar, India. Contact: contact@oda3.org.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your email address current so we can reach you about your courses.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your login or let anyone else take a course, quiz or assessment in your name.
- Keep your password secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
3. Buying a course or workshop
- The price, what is included, the delivery format and any session dates are shown on the course or workshop page and at checkout. Workshop prices are per participant.
- Indian buyers pay in Indian rupees, including GST, and receive a GST tax invoice. Enter your GSTIN at checkout if your organisation will claim input tax credit. Buyers outside India pay in the currency shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, Cashfree or PayPal. Their terms also apply to the payment.
- A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a price or description was shown in error.
4. Access period
Each course page states how long you have access after enrolment. Where a course page does not state an access period, you have access for 12 months from enrolment. Live cohort courses and workshops run on the dates published for them.
5. Changes to courses
Courses are maintained to a published specification with a version number. We may update content to keep it accurate. If we make a material change to a course you have paid for before it starts, or cancel it, you may choose a transfer or a full refund under the refund policy.
6. Completion records and certificates
- When you meet a course’s completion requirements, we issue a completion record with a record ID and a Certificate of Completion.
- A Certificate of Completion records that you completed a specific course version. It is not a professional certification, licence or accreditation, and it does not by itself qualify you for any role.
- We may correct or withdraw a record that was issued in error or obtained in breach of the academic integrity policy, after following the process in the Regulations.
- GAISSF™ practitioner credentials are governed separately by the GAISSF Ecosystem License (GEL) v1.0 and are not issued through ODA3.Academy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, resell, publish or share course materials, lab files, recordings or assessment questions outside your own learning;
- record live sessions without the consent of the instructor and participants;
- use techniques taught in a course against any system you are not authorised to test. Lab environments are provided for learning only, and only within the scope stated for each lab;
- attempt to disrupt the site, access other learners’ data, or get around access controls;
- harass other learners or instructors.
8. Academic integrity
Work you submit for assessment must be your own, and use of AI tools must follow the course’s stated rules. Suspected breaches are handled under the academic integrity policy in the Regulations.
9. Intellectual property
Course materials, labs, assessments, certificates and site content are © ODA3 Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning during your access period. Framework names and marks referenced in courses belong to their owners.
10. Team programmes
Where an organisation buys places for its staff, the organisation’s written proposal or agreement with us takes precedence over these terms where they differ. The organisation’s programme lead can see progress and completions for the courses it assigned. Each learner still agrees to these terms and the privacy notice.
11. Educational content, not advice
Courses are educational. They do not provide legal, regulatory, audit or compliance advice for your organisation, and completing a course does not mean an organisation complies with any law or standard.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that course, workshop or programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after telling you why where we can. You may close your account at any time using the privacy request form. Refunds on closure follow the refund policy.
14. Complaints

15. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
16. Changes
We will post changes here with a new version number and effective date. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
