ODA3.Academy sells online courses, live virtual workshops and team programmes. Nothing is shipped physically. This policy explains how and when you receive what you buy.
1. Online courses
- Access is delivered online, to the account you used at checkout.
- The course appears in My learning as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
- A confirmation email with your order details is sent to the email address on your account.
2. Live sessions and workshops
- Live sessions and workshops are delivered online on the dates shown on the course or workshop page.
- Join links appear on your Sessions page once you are enrolled, and are also emailed before the session.
- If a date changes, we tell you by email and the refund and cancellation policy applies.
3. Certificates and records
Certificates of Completion are issued as PDF files. You can download them from your learning record when you complete a course.
4. Team programmes
Team programmes are delivered as set out in the organisation’s proposal or agreement. Learners receive an email invitation to join, and assigned courses then appear in My learning.
5. Delivery charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges.
6. If access does not arrive
If a course you paid for is not in My learning within one hour, sign out and back in, then contact us through the help page with your order number. We reply within 2 business days.
