Courses
Can I enrol now?
Only in courses whose page shows Enrolling. Courses open one at a time. Every other course shows its current status, such as In development, and has no enrol button.
How are courses delivered?
Each course page states its delivery format and duration once they are confirmed. Courses combine online lessons, labs and quizzes; some include live sessions.
What do I need before I start?
Each course page lists its prerequisite. Foundation courses have none.
Prices and payment
How much does a course cost?
The price appears on the course page when enrolment opens. Workshop prices are listed per participant on Workshops & exercises. Team programmes are quoted after a short scoping conversation.
How can I pay?
In India: UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay or Cashfree. Outside India: PayPal. Organisations buying a team programme can also pay by invoice.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Indian buyers receive a GST tax invoice with every order. Enter your organisation’s GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the limits in the refund and cancellation policy. If we cancel or materially change a course, you always get a full refund or a transfer, whichever you choose.
Certificates and records
What do I receive when I finish?
A completion record with a record ID and a Certificate of Completion (PDF). Both name the course version you completed.
Is it a professional certification?
No. It records that you completed a specific course. It is not a certification, licence or accreditation. See Completion & records.
My name is wrong on my certificate.
Use the record correction form. We correct records within 10 business days.
Teams
Can my organisation enrol a group?
Yes. Send a team enquiry. We agree the courses and format with you, then set up a group; your programme lead can see progress and completions.
I was invited by my employer. What do I do?
Follow the link in your invitation email to set your password. Your assigned courses then appear in My learning.
Live sessions
Which video platform do you use?
Zoom, unless your organisation’s programme specifies Microsoft Teams. Join links appear on your Sessions page once you are enrolled.
Accounts and privacy
How do I close my account or get a copy of my data?
Use the privacy request form. We complete requests within 30 days. The privacy notice explains what we hold and why.
