How to get started, what you need, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.
Getting started
- Sign in or create an account on the account page. We email you a link to set your password, which also confirms your email address.
- Enrol from a course page that shows Enrolling, or accept the invitation from your organisation.
- Open My learning to see your courses, progress and next step.
- Check Sessions for live session dates and join links.
- Finish the course. Your certificate and record ID appear in your learning record.
What you need
- A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- A stable internet connection.
- For live sessions: the Zoom app or a browser, and a headset or microphone.
- Any lab-specific tools are listed on each course page.
Common problems
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| I cannot sign in | Use “Lost your password?” on the account page. |
| I did not get an email from us | Check spam or junk, and add contact@oda3.org to your contacts. Then ask us below. |
| My payment failed | No enrolment is made for a failed payment. Try again or use another method. If money left your account, see the refund policy. |
| A course I bought is not in My learning | Sign out and in again. If it is still missing, send us your order number below. |
| My certificate has a mistake | Use the record correction form. |
| I need an adjustment for an assessment | Use the reasonable adjustment form. |
